CPU heatsink fan

    Which way should the CPU heatsink fan turn. Should it suck the hot air away or draw in cool air?

    I have an Advent T11 that sucks air in and I have to clean my heatsink all the time to stop the fan running at full speed.

    sucks air in to cool the heatsink that cools the cpu
