    nope!! only drd & admin can do that. when we modify a post that has a sig in it, that sig disappears from that post only.

    just don't have any government agency do it..they'll leave a papertrail. no, you need the aliens to do it. i'll see if i can hire the ones that probe my neighbors nightly. :D
