Create VCD w/multiple clips & previewable thumbnails

    I've searched and searched the forums and can't find a program other than NERO to compile multiple mpegs and create a viewable menu (thumbnails). I've downloaded a program from afterdawn about a year ago and can't seem to find it or remember what it was called. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    My dvd player has an option that allows you to view the sections on a Vcd.

    Does you dvd player have an index button because that is what I push on mine to see this menu.

    When you talk about compiling multiple mpegs do you just mean puting a number of video clips on one vcd. Every program I've ever used to burn vcds allows that.
