crown cdvdrw 300 help - should i punch my mate ?

i just got it of my mate 4 10 pounds and the problem is theres no remote
so what i wanna say is is there a way to switch to av modes
because i cant rec anything unless on av or av2 u get it please help me
of getting around it by modifying the bored inside

 

Don't bother. You can't modify the board inside. Buy a new remote.
