Crystal Clear to Grainy

    I'm new to Blu-ray. I have a new LCD TV and a new Blu-ray player. The Blu-ray movies I've watched so far (Braveheart, Slumdog Millionaire) are crystal clear sometimes and grainy other times. Sometimes even from one frame to the next. I don't know if this is how the movie is suppose to be or if something is wrong. Anyone know what the problem could be ? Thanks.
