please help me. I program my cs5000 it works for few minutes and it reboots by it self and everything changes. I tried Factory reset but it's turning off before it saves the reset and then it shows FFFF or just one dot lit on the display, how can I remove this Virus.
Sorry for the late reply, just saw your post. If you are still having problems, download and install the original factory bin file. That should clear out any problems. The factory bin won't get you any of the good channels but resets the box to factory specs. If it stops rebooting, then load the latest new bin file and try again. Its not a virus but probably a bad bin file download. Jerry
