You may want to locate one of the most recent/previous versions for use with the CSS. Take a look at the news tab at the top of the page .......
Your new version of XCopy doesn't have the feature required to strip out the copy protection (CSS) on the DVD you're trying to copy. You will need to download a small utility called DVD43 that will do this for XCopy. You can find it here: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/dvd43.cfm
