Can any1 here tell me a software or link to it that lets me cut and merge files frame by frame because my TMPGEnc trial expired and all the other ones either doesn't do it frame by frame or doesn't let u know when to stop. Any help is apprieciated because i'm using my sony camcorder to back-up my vhs but each disc could only hold 1-hour of video so i need to cut them at where i left off on the last disc and merge them
Try asking this one in the video capture forum. There are a lot of guys in there that can help you more if you don't get an answer here.
