HELLO ALL, I NEED HELP AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO OR WHERE TO GO, WE HAD SOME HOW HAVE SET THE PASSWORD ON OUR CYBERHOME DVR 1200. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING SHORT OF THROWING IT OUT THE WINDOW! DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT TO DO OR HOW TO CANCEL THE PASSWORD? ALSO THE INSTRUCTION BOOK IS MISSING ASWELL I ONLY HAVE THE "QUICK SETUP GUIDE" WHICH IS NO HELP TO ME WITH THIS ISSUE. PLEASE CAN ANYONE ASSIST ME WITH THIS DELIMMA? :'(
The Factory or as called the Master Password is not changed or droped when a new password is entered. It is 1369 Go to Password in setup This should bring up a menu in which you can change or drop the password [Enter just those 4 Numbers where it says [Current]
