I bought this as a birthday present for my sister. I got it from HSN. It sound just what she wanted. But.. 1. There is no 1-800 number for help. 2. After 2 or 3 hours of playing, the picture moves in slow motion. This is while plugged in the the AC. I think it overheats. 3. It gets extremely hot after 2 hours. Do not put in on your lap while watching. 4. Sometimes pressing the "ON" switch does not work. You have to "jiggle" the ac adapter cord. It arrived 2 weeks ago. It we can't get the bugs out we will return it.
