   My d:drive wont read cd. It starts spinning and making noises then it stops. Dont know what to do. I hope im in da right place. Im new here plz help

   1. Check the IDE cable, is it still connected
   2. Open Explorer, Right Click on the CD Drive and click "Eject" does the tray pop out?
   3. Does the CD read on other drives? Many older drives trying to read fancy new cds (but cant) simply just spin around and around for ages lol
