Hey aftendawn members, I need help. I download a game, and got some problems with mounting it. 1. Unrar the game.rar file. 2. Open the iso folder. 3. It apeares a game.iso. 4. Install Daemon tools Lite v 4.30.3. 5. Left click daemon tool lite icon. 6. It appeares Device 0: No Media, and I click on it. 7. It opens a Folder says: Select Image file on top. 8. I find my game folder, and clicks game.iso then press open. 9. A clock apeares, and then disappeares quick. 10. I left click Daemon Tool Lite icon. 11. It apeares Device 0: Game. 12. I right click Daemon Tool Lite icon, and goes to Virtual CD/DVD-ROM, and goes to Device 0: Game, then click Mount Image, and opens the image iso. Then a clock apeares and disapeares again. 13. I go to My Computer, but theres nothing. * All my devices I got are: C:, D:, A:, E:, F:, G:, and H:. * There aren't any Device 0: Game. * All of the drives are empty = A, E, F, G and H. - Why can't I mount the game to virutal drive?
You could have a few different problems. First, the ISO may not be valid. You could try burning it to a CD/DVD to make sure it actually works. Second, daemon tools won't work with all ISO's, especially if there's copy protection. You may need to try another program such as the one provided from this site (Alcohol 120). http://trial.alcohol-soft.com/ It's not free software, but the link above offers a trial version that you can test for 15 days.
Btw when I click find image in my Daemon Tools lite Panel. It shows a Device, and theres crack, etc. But I can't start it. Anyways, is alcohol 120% like daemon tools? Mount and play? Can you show me how to use it, since you recommended it...
Oh and for the burning part. How do I burn ISO Image Game, and other data into a DVD. So when I run the DVD it starts the game without using daemon tool lite, and inside the dvd is the crack/autorun/support or the patch or something else? So I can just put the DVD into DVD-Drive, and install the game like a originial game DVD.

you can try other programs to mount an iso there (power iso) which has a built in mount and there (magic mount) created by magic iso company you can try those i agree on silk42 some iso might not work with deamon so give the other programs a try also also the iso could be created the wrong way so you best to check the file befor mounting it
Thanks, guys for the help. But I found the solution, Daemon Tools lite worked fine, it was cus my Drive wasnt showing at virtual drive so I couldnt install the game.
