just before i head ill leave you this courtesy of moggser, quote ,try turn the emu off then go back to a station and you will get the scrambled bad channel bit then do the menu 1570 then hit the default key BEFORE you turn emu back on see how that goes for ya
Ok just tried it again and this times it still says Data being updated but now the 0% is changing. But it's gone beyond 100%. And looking at it now, it's gone back to 0%.
Hey guys, Sorry I didn't get a chance to reply yesterday. Tried all the above and think the last time I updated the box was August. Gonna try it with another tv and connection just in case there's something wrong with the cable. Thanks again folks, K.

Hi guys, Having trouble again. This time I can't get out of the menu. I remember putting in the password yesterday cause the channels are working and I was messing around and looking into everything trying to figure what was wrong but then the "Channel Edit" and "Parental Controls" parts of the menu became inaccessible and now I can't get out of the menu. Any ideas? Then maybe I can get some help with the channels. Have been away again and came back yesterday after 2 months and it just said "scrambled or bad channel". Thanks a million, K.
Just to clarity, when I do try to exit from the menu, it goes to a language options page. Then when I press Exit on that page, nothing happens, it just stays on that page.
u might have done a factory reset=erased all channels,autoscan ur provider and emu to on,note if ur in irl 28 or so channels dont work because of encryption change.

after u factory reset any box after scan u need to switch emu on. starviews menu1570 key emu on and exit out. digivox menu-system info- ok1004 emu to on and exit out.
