Dazzle DVC90 and Windows Vista

    Hi,

    I have a problem with my Dazzle DVC90. When trying to transfer VHS to DVD, all what I get is video and no sound. I tried many different programs S.O.L. I will appreciate any help from you.

    1 GB of RAM,

    Dazzle DVC90 (USB 2.0)

    You need to go to Pinnacle's website and download the Vista drivers.

    Hi GrandpaBW,

    Thanks for your message. I checked their website and I couldn't find any new drivers. I have already contacted Pinnacle and they told me that the problem is in Studio 9, it is not compatible with Vista and I have to upgrade to Studio 11. I told the Customer Tech that I do not use Studio, but he kept saying that I must upgrade. Weird people of they just don;t understand.
