    Really helpful bigdunc thanks.
I have the same problem myself if anyone can help.

    I have done the following:
Put the keys into folder VAR/KEYS and changed the attributes to 755 i.e. nagraepr7.bin to nagraepr7.755
Have also changed the softcam to newcam to see if that made a difference.
I can scan about 200+ channels but can only view about 20.
Let me know if there is a simple solution to this as I have spent ages trying to work this out.

Just managed to get this to work for me, some of the channels are still a bit shaky but I have at least 90% of them viewable now.

Get an FTP program so that you are able to change the permissions on the keys to CHMOD 755.

    http://www.google.com/search?q=setting file permissions ftp

I didn't understand this bit which is why it took me so long to work it out.

    Best of luck
