Dbox In Ireland

Same here, I have blade trinity 1x that I updated back in May and about half of the channels are freezing, Could someone remind us or PM us the procedures to try to enhance the quality of the channels, thanks a mil

 

If you sagem is making chirping noises change to gbox, but this will not autoupdate. You are far better off with blade quad since it has a key transfer feature, you let it autoroll while using evocam, then transfer the keys to gbox via the blade menu, then turn on gbox and it should work with no chirping.

 

Just try it again, do not wait hours, if it stalls try again, make sure all antivirus stuff is turned off, firewalls etc.

If IFA or FTP update via remote fails it is likely you will have a "kein system" box, then IFA will be needed to fix it, no point waiting hours, if it is not working it is screwed (for that attempt), so just keep trying IFA. Use the latest version from for vista.

 

there is a portable version of IFA, which does not require an install, it will also run off a pen drive and on vista 32, or 64bit and all flavours of xp

do a google search for portable ifa or I could link you a copy

I am using A DboxII with blade trinity image however i tried to move some channels last night and lost 80% of the channels (Weird i know!) they are all stll in the right place just not unscrambled. i tried to re-load the cams etc but no joy. can anyone PM me with the files i need to re-load?

 

Nobody is going to be able to tell what you need. I would just flash on a working blade quad, it is better than trinity anyway. Backup your services & bouquets if you want, which you should do before any messing around anyway.

Frequencies have changed since then but a scan should get them all in, but they will be at the end and need to be resorted. The scan settings are all fine so do not change anything.

This is set for N*L dublin though, not sure where you are.

If you look a few pages back on this thread somebody might have linked to a more recent version, which may not need a scan. Mine has bouquets all set up too, not sure about the other.

I might post my latest one if I have time, I am getting rid of the dbox soon though.

 

ruprect thanks for the help. your image has a few channels that are not found sky 1 and 2 and channel 4. but i managed to get an image that has them all. drop me a PM if you are selling the Dbox and let me know how much you want for it. I might be able to get you a buyer.

I have a dbox2 2x, which is still working but missing between 10-20 channels, its been missing them for a few months now but i haven't bothered doing anything about it yet.

I had updated to the commando image that auto rolled back in may, any advice on what i need to do?

Is anybody using a DBOX on NTL MMDS in Galway ?

If so can you tell me what image yor using and where to find it, also what files need to be changed if any?

 

hi guys,i know you get these requests all he time and they p*** people off but ive lost my sound on my nokia dbox 2,now i know for certain theres a thread on here about sound problems and ive looked for the last 40 mins but cant find it,just a hint to what page i should be readibg would be adequate,thanks.

 

try rebooting,
try pressing dbox, settings, audio and mess around with settings.

or else check the scart.

 

Hi there,

Im new to this forum and was wondering if you could help me out. I have a Sagem Dbox with a BLADE quad image v 4. I have loaded the cables.xml, services/xml and bouquet.xml files from prevoius threads on this site into the correct directories via FTP and rebooted. However when I go to scan it only gives me UK Cable as the Cable provider.

Im based in wicklow and using NTL MMDS..

Any help would be appreciated..

u sure your using the right box for MMDS
