Dbox In Ireland

    There should be a sticker with the mac address at the backside of a nokia.

    If this sticker is missing, another way would be to backup your current image, transfer this via ftp to your PC, then flash it back again using IFA. Right before IFA begins to flash, the MAC of the dbox will be displayed..

    if your go into the sportser menu then you can display a neurtino system menu that has the mac address in it

    benifa i am running your image and thank you just 1 problem couple of skipping channels and bad audio how do i fix that? if i use yor servcies.xml file do i have to plug it out after or can i just shut it donw noramally

    if you update it ant it doesnt tell you to press a button, then pull the power and it will pick it up

    i dont know how similar our services.xml files are, but it sorted me out...see a few posts above

    Why can't you generate your own services.xml?..

    That'd be the most accurate, rather than use somebody else's..

    When i got mine, it was set up to do a bruteforce scan for UK cable. It found all the channels but the like of rte didnt work. When I put in a local buddys services.xml, my problem went away.

    I could have changed some of the other xml files to scan in the right place, but this was faster, and i was impatient.

    The link below gives basic info. It's not as straightforward as for cable, and it may cost you a monthly fee. Channel-wise, you'll get hundreds more though..

    benifa what is the fix for skipping or no picture channels i just have a couple but they are sky sports so i wanna watch um ne ideas
