Dbox Problems?

Thanks for that, I checked the movie channels now they have started to flicker...

 

Hi from my previous question not really understanding do i need to reflash my box to and rescan then to get the channels to stay put
if so can anyone give me an idiots guide to this as all ive ever done is plug it in and scan...
