i have a dbox but the movie channels have gone off since virgin changed the movie setup can anyone tell me how to get them back on cheers

 

U got MSN I will talk you through the process step by step as is complicated
Or If you know how to re scan this is all you need to do

 

i dont have msn mate can u tell me on here how 2 do it cheers mate

 

U can either ReScan For the new channels and arrange your Bouquets back to the way you like it with the new movies in place or you can download new Bouquet or Service files from another forum

what do u have 2 do 2 rescan im in my mates using his pc so i have 2 rite down what u tell me and try it when i get home thanks 4 ur help mate cheers

 

Press DBOX Button then select Service Option
Select Channel Scan Option
Set to Scan For All Services
Bouquet Leave Current
Provider Cable UK Sym 6887 for NTL 60952 for Virgin/TW
Fast Scan Off

Then Scan

Where do you stay cos if you stay near me I can send you all the files you need and save you doing a scan

when i scan will all the channels come back but with different channel numbers

 

Yeah and you will need to arrange your channels back to the way you like them
