I have download a group of files that at first glance appeared to be WinRar compressed.I have WinRar installed and I have had no problems with it in the past. However when I right click on *.r01 file the normal "extract here" does not come up. It get 2 "add" and 2 'compress" commands that I don't understand.

I have also noticed that these are "*.001 *.002 files etc instead of the usual *.roo1 *.r002 etc. Also included is a *.rar file and a *.sfv file.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

If I doule click it it shows 2 files.
    *.001
    *.nfo

The *.nfo file only says the crackers name .... no hilt as to the compressiom
