decoding avi to mpg with winavi

    I decode a avi file into a vcd ntsc mpg file and when i add it into nero and burn it nero encodes the video again.... any solutions to fix nero encoding problem???

    The solution is trivial, and sait thousend of times: do not encode files tih Nero. Use it only yo make CDs/DVDs from already encoded files (MPEG-1, MPEG2, already authored with DVDLab DVD images...). We, in the http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/ section, suggest many applications for that...

    the encoding by nero is done automatically not my choice

    If it was compliant dvd video, burn in Nero Burning Rom, not Nerovision Express, otherwise don't use Nero at all. Find something else in the link that adalco12 gave you.
