First I want to again thank everyone in these forums, I was basically a zero knowledge newbie and your guides and threads led me to shrink and decrypter and I,ve been backing up my DVD's with a 100% success rate.

But now I have an error message that pops up everytime I go to burn with DVD Decrypter. It is:

    Device Control (FSCTL_Lock_Volume) Failed!
    Device [1:00] HP DVD Writer 300N 3.11 (E:)(ATA)
Unable To Lock Volume For Exclusive Access.
    Reason: Access is Denied.

    Abort Retry Ignore

I choose ignore and it burns the disc without apparent problems as it plays on both computer and player.

This error appeared after several unevental copies but I now get it every time...any ideas on what I'm dealing with? I haven't made any changes to settings that I'm aware of.

    Ditto here too !

Program has worked perfectly up til now for ps2 games then this. Have had to resort to Nero which does not always give a 100% success rate!

In settings the "Lock Volume - Exclusive Access" box is ticked...this is the default. Also haven't changed any settings.
