    This is my personal laptop. I bought it 3 months ago for school and haven't really had a need for it, but with my tuition rising I do have a need for cash. It has Vista Home Premium, which unlike the commercials isn't a horrible operating system. I can try and do a XP downgrade if requested. It comes with all the manuals, drivers discs, recovery discs, and Office '07 Ultimate install discs. Here are the specs...


    Intel Core 2 Duo Processor
    (2.0 Ghz w/ 800 Mhz FSB) will be as fast as a desktop

    3Gb Highspeed Memory

    17 in Widescreen High Def. Display

    nVidia 8600M GT (very powerful, can play Fallout 3,Crysis and any other game on the market)

    320Gb Hard Drive (spins @ 7,200 RPM so games and programs load fast)

    Built in WiFi

    Highspeed all format DVD Burner
    (a Blu-Ray upgrade is available from Dell)

    Built in 2.1 megapixel webcam w/ video recording.

    Upgraded battery. Has a 9 cell compared to the standard 6 cell battery so it lasts a LOT longer than the standard one would.

    The item has a full warranty via Dell.

    Yes it is Blu-Ray compatible. The model number is Insprion 1720. They changed the model #'s shortly after I bought it they are called the "Studio" series now.

    I dropped the price to try and sell it since you backed out. And I wasn't "ripping me (you)off by over $100" the original price I was selling it to you for was the price everybody had. I was selling it at a higher price to break even, now since you backed out I am selling it at a lower price to recoup my losses. If you want you can buy it at the new lower price, but you and me both know you won't/can't come through with payment.
