well one thing I can say is good about Dell's ... If your pc is still under warranty, they are good about fixing it.
And some Dell Referbs are new computers that have been returned under the 30-day total satisfaction policy they have. They can not resell these as new. I know I have one. The production date under the computer is December 20, 2004 I purchased it at the DELL OUTLET STORE February 6 2005 If you know what to look for you can get a good deal there, especially right after Christmas
