   I have a DELL GX260 optiplex that is suddenly becoming non-responsive to most mouse and keyboard input. I can't even click on the start menu. It will allow me to click on some items, but not others. Any idea what this may be? I was gonna try to do a system restore, but I can't get to it through the start menu. Is there any other way of doing a system restore?
