My laptop came with dmx(Dell Media Experience) installed on it and when i played burned dvds it would freeze up sometimes so i deleted dmx and now only a portion of burned or original dvds will play and i cant find the software anywhere.

thats true i found that out the hard way, when you order a PC from dell unless you order (pay extra) the resourse cd from the start you end up paying more for it if you need it later. When i first got a dell all that was included. Whatever next, dont put in a hard drive???
