    HI everyone

I was jst wondering, some icons i have on my desktop are not too good, so i decided to try and change them to a normal JPEG image or something else, but i found out they have 2 be a icon format image and u cant use any random one. but i got some cool images i would like to put on them, iv searched google for icon images but there are not good either. Is it possible to change the format of a image??? If so could you do it, and put a moving image as a desktop icon?? That would be cool.

there's a program called picture to icon that will allow you to make any sized icons out of anything currently displayed on your desktop, which you can then save to be a icon, about the animated ones if anyone else know's this, I also would be interested.
