hmmm...do you all think i should uninstall the boot image program? judging by the huge amount of images and downloads, it doesn't seem as though many problems have occurred. but now i'm slightly worried...the hand of god seems to spite me on little stuff like this here and there, but most of the time it's my fault. hmmm....

yeah, its gross, what can I say, but I like it.

@ Auslander: if it works on your system, than I say keep it. But for mine, it crashed on the first restart. what version of XP do you have? I use Pro, with SP2. Maybe thats involved somehow. I like the idea of changing the startup logo, but its not worth it in my opinion, as I just discovered.

I'm suprised how many people have kept that new blue & green XP scheme. I absolutely hate it. I personally don't like XP, but am forced to use it because programs like Pro Tools and Premiere Pro only run on it. But I like the classic style, cause it reminds me of the good ol' win2000 days, which is in my opinion the best windows OS ever.

I saw an article in Maximum PC on how to make windows XP look like Longhorn. It involves windows blinds, compact skin on wmp 10, smartbar xp, and dt search, and the new bliss wallpaper. I can post more details for those interested, but it'll have to wait till tomorrow, because this is the last post for the night for me.

Man I finally get the kewpie....woohoo
