desktop replacement

    this is after i went to compusa and looked at them. it's become even more harder to choose. so the "fn" have to be pressed with one of the function buttons to open up the browser?

    Well, I just ordered my laptop!!! I got the Compaq R4000 with an Athlon 64 3200+ processor with 1.0 gb of RAM. I dropped the 3800+ after my friend said I wouldn't really need it. He better be right!

    yes, then hide the bodies, i mean body! lol, jk. im planning on overclocking and then just erasing my footprints so compusa will never know that i overclocked and killed my warranty. i know i have to oc through software. any in mind?

    why overclock & risk frying the laptop & don't count erasing your footprints when overclock as there is telltale ways of seeing an overclocked system

    u think 3200+ will be enough with 1 gb of RAM?

    probably but you are the 1 who is going to use it. what is your posting machine speed so you have something to compare or a friend's computer

    well i have a p4 1.6 ghz with 384 mb's of ram

    but your new laptop is twice the speed & almost 3x the ram
