    They're both the same, but theoretically the VisionTek is better because of the overclock. However, I think it is a waste to spend the extra money on that when you could buy the Diamond and overclock it by yourself for free.

    what is the shader clock on them. do u no how to overclock it

    Overclocking an HD3850 currently has to be done using an nvidia tool such as rivatuner. It's quite simple to do.
    As for which GPU, I think Diamond is probably a better brand than VisionTek.
