I hook up an S-Video cable to my PC and T.V. On start up I get the Windows XP logo and POST. Then after that my T.V. screen goes to verticle lines, no picture at all. Anyone? -Thanks

Have you tried setting your output to the tv's resolution and frequency.. something like 720x576 (800x600 is close enough for crt tv's with some overscan) @ 50 or 60 Hz? s-video out is usually configurable as monitor2 on most nvidia and ati cards.
