Different type of Lame plugins?

    I would like to know how many there are and what is the best one. I use the standard one which I downloaded using the chris myden guide on this site. I have also heard of a Razor Lame plugin. What is this. Help is always welcomed.

    RazorLame is a "front-end" not a type of LAME encoder. From what I understand it uses the same compiled code for encoding (LAME.exe 3.x) as any other LAME front-end.

    There are different Mp3 encoders other than lame such as BLADE, but they are all inferior to LAME.
