Hello, i got a D99i iPhone yesterday and was wondering if it had the same setup for wap as the p168 clone... i am pretty happy with it - it changes through the playlist by just shaking it... i have been trying to follow the cect p168 instructions but there seems to be so many different versions... please help!

a few people who found me on this forum asked about the differences and which i'd recommend... my d99i gets great reception, p168's reception was fair... D99i has a smaller 3.2 inch screen.. while they may be nick-named iPhone clones, i feel that both have their own orginal traits... the D99i has "motion sensor" technology where you just "shake" your phone to seamlessly shuffle through songs in your playlist... I made this youtube video for the d718i, p168 lover to compare to... i messed up on the shaking motions several times, but i still love me phone :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yoXtEQoO1Ik

Hi Everyone! Does anyone know which phone is the newest from DigitalRise, the D99i or the D718i? Also, is anyone familiar with the D718i? I can't seem to find out much info on the D718i anywhere, only it has a larger screen. Thanks.

Email will not work with any server that requires smtp authentication (which is pretty much all of them here)

    *********************************************************************

There is no java in the browser. Forget it. There is also no java loader so there is no downloading java games. Copying them to the SD card won't work either. No java loader so the file will be unrecognized.

    *********************************************************************

Wap services like gmail, yahoo email and wap based instant messagers work fine. Make sure you have a good unlimited feature so you do not incur overages from over using your new DigitalRise toy.

We have gotten many requests from this forum from people who saw the D99i youtube video we posted last month on this thread... asking for the D99i and D69i shake control iphones for the USA... our supplier currently only has these Dual-Band phones. The D718i and The D-Rise D187i gsm mobile phone wristwatch are the only tri-band models avail in the States at the moment.. i will update thread once / if there are more tri-band versions of these DigitalRise phones..

    Hello

    I recently bought a D99i from mp3nmp4 and I am ver impressed.
However, mp3nmp4 I could still do with the English instructions or if anyone else can help.
I can say that my phone went straight onto O2 pay as you go in the UK. BUT for some reason I cannot send or receive picture messages. My other problem is that i cannot put any video clips to the phone. I have tried several different formats that are advertised with the phone but to no avail. Some games sites would be nice.
    If anyone can help

    thanks

    Craig
