    If you have downloaded the uk and the box is stuck on 0% updating. Go to BBC1 if it doesn't update flick to bbc2 , this starts the process and the % will rise and maybe go back to 0% and get stuck , just flick back to bbc1 and it will start again, just repeat the process till the box works out the code , it will take about 5 min
