Ok I got it upgraded via my brothers PC. Scanned in my girlfriends house and picked up 125 channels (Meath area).

I have a N*L MMDS setup here (yet to be activated)... will that work with my pretuned Digivox?

The Digivox for MMDS is out 26th November. The cable version will not work on that system

You have to rescan and you will get around 92 TV channels via ntl mmds and yes, a cable box is working with ntl mmds. Some blokes are simply not able to understand the difference between ntl mmds and chorus mmds.

I don't recommend the 2800 firmware its a bit glitchy. Stick with the 2600 for now until a new fw is released without the glitches.

The 2800 defo has Chor*s in it. I liked the update to start with but found it glitchy especially the epg. The 2600 is much more stable but doesn't have the features of 2800. Hopefully there will be a new release with all the features and will be as stable as 2600.

That's what I thought dtoxta - thanks for the info. I'll wait until v2800 gets the green light then.
