digivox not working since last week

Hi could any one help me? I am really stuggling with my digivox cable box, I can't get it to work it went off last tuesday i only have a handful of programmes i have tried all kinds and still nothing! please help me i am nearly bald !!lol

 

There has been problems with all b0xes , you will have to update the firmw@re on it for it to auto update as before , you can get all the files you need at the bottom of my post marked Eamo's Library

You can manually input the codes for the time being

Try this

Press menu,system info,ok , type 1004,nagravision ok,u are on code page,check 00 line and change wrong key,around the ok button is your joystick,top/bottom/left/right. when line of codes adjusted press ok button for 3 secs to store,go up to 00 line and press left or right arrow to change 00 to 01 and check adjust if needed and store and exit out of system

Hi, i also have a problem with my Digivox. The only channels that are working are the free ones (BBC and ITV). The problem also occured about a week ago.

i have tried what you have suggested but when i go to menu, system information and press ok. it sends me back to the menu.

does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Hi what you need to do is do a scan for your channels then once your scan is complete, press menu go down to system info press it you will get a screen up with the information on it press the little info button and type in the number 1004 a new screen will come up press ok on the nagravision and then type in the new codes press ok to store also check that the emu setting is set to on press ok to store and then exit back and they will all be on hope this helps you...regards jacqui

ive triied changing the codes for both telwest and c&w but channels still arent working. only the free ones are.

Anyone know hwo to sort this problem out?

what provider would you normally be?

 

either c&w or telewest

they both work for me

00/ A0, 89, 3B, CB, 45, 21, A7, 53
01/ 46, E6, 90, 34, 00, 8C, 1E, 83
There is no reason why these won;t work your box is exactly the same as yours. and mine is on just follow it through again with them.. jacqui

 

should i delete all the channels and rescan again first?

Hi no i am in the north west, what i did was pressed menu click on installation change the setting to which your supposed to be on ie, c&W PRESS OK AND IT WILL DO A AUTOMATIC SCAN when is complete. press menu again and go down to system information press ok then press the little info button on the remote and type in 1004,, another screen will come up type in the codes and save it will come on. also check that your emu is on if it's off it won't work...jacqui

 

Hi, tried the codes for c&w, stored them but when i exited back to the channels nothing changed, just came up with a black screen on all of the subscription channels.

ill try the new codes for telewest and c of they work

Now we mostly we have auto roll firmware on our boxes so keys are no longer needed. Those that don't have the firmware are gently pointed in the right direction >)
