HI Fergus I am in Wolverhampton and my box was bought before Xmas. I have tried both the 1240 and 1250 and both freeze and are difficult to scan in especially on Auto scan. Maybe it is something to do with the upgrade but as i said previously something has definitely changed. Strange that only me has noticed as I am quite experienced with these boxes.
if you are using a splitter you will have this problem check your signal strenght and on your cable if you have a little barrel looking thing take it off yur cable also try without your internet connection if you have both connected As i have said i have not heard another prob apart from yours and im sure lots would have been on complaining if there was a problem as Digivox are not know for there problems
Thanks for that Fergus. I have renewed the splitter and gone back to 1240 and will keep my eye on it. Not impressed with 1250 though.
Re 1250 that was done for the irish market for the key roll problem they where having 1240 was always for the uk anyway
