Ok so I took everyone's advice off of here and bought a samsung drive off of ebay that was already set to be put in the xbox and now I'm still getting the damn dirty disc error message. I'm guessing its just that the drive is messed up but I'm wondering if there's anything else I could try.
That is really strange. My friend once had a dirty disc error on his Xbox and all he did was order a new drive and it worked perfectly. I would think it is the drive, maybe it got damaged in the mail, or maybe it just didn't work when he sent it?
