Hello all. I was just wondering if anyone knew how to disable the start menu and get rid of it completely...I already have a program that can disable the start menu, but i want to be able to reboot my computer and not have it (start menu) show up at all! It will probably have to do with editing the registry, but i can do that. Any help is appreciated thanx! C0LT13
why don't you just right click on the task bar, go to properties, and select to hide it. that way it won't be in your way, but still be there if you need it.
You can also unlock it and then move it down where you can't see it, but I think hiding it is better. I am curious though, why do you want to get rid of the start menu?
