A year or so ago I managed to get some good results using Ulead DVD Picture Show to display pictures on my TV

After moving PCs I lost the copy I had then purchased the latest. With this copy I dont seem to be able to burn pictures to my DVD / CD burner - a Ricoh MPS5125A - after a few emails to tech support I must admit I gave up

I had to upgrade Nero recently and got the all singing bundle - this lets me do more of less what I want with the pictures, VCD or S-VCD with chapters and titles etc

My only issue with it is the picture quality - on some pics its poor with images flicking.

They seem ok prior to the transcoding stage - at the point that you can preview the completed show prior to burning to disk it seems to introduce the noise.

I raised this with Nero support and I have upgraded Nero and the firmware on the DVD burner. I've tried different for quality and finally tried DVD instead of CD

Has anyone come across these issues and solved them or does anyone have a good solution to putting pictures onto disk for display on TV

    Thanks

I've never used the ulead program. I do use a program called memoriesontv. It is very easy to use, a straight forward interface. Download a trial here.

I also use a program called photo2dvd. Also quite easy to learn. Download a trial for it here.

    Hope this helps.
