So I rendered my movie using the Xvid and my movie comes out amazingly clear and perfect. The only problem is that the Divx logo appears on the bottom right corner of the movie for a few seconds. Can someone please explain why it's doing that and how I can remove it?

It is because DivX is being used to decode. Two options, go into the options and disable generic MPEG4, so that another decoder is used or enable the don't show logo option. Personally I would go with the first option, or even further, just uninstall DivX.

Why would you uninstall Divx? The Xvid codec won't play all Divx encoded files. I would go with the 2nd. If there are no display problems then you should just disable the logo in the Divx decoder option menu.

If it an't broke don't fix it,

True, XviD can't decode DivX3 as it is not MPEG4, but ffdshow decodes it fine.
