I was trying to change an .AVI file over to a DVD file and when it started it said it had some errors on the program window. It said "Video packet dropped due to error on frame 1992. It had a few of these. What does this mean?

It probably means you have a very poor quality .avi file. Also make sure you upgrade to the latest version of DivXtoDVD.
