    Hello,

I have encoded a file to DivX and when playing in winamp it runs way too fast, looks like fast forward and the file length is about half the length of the original, 35 mins instead of 70 mins. What might have gone wrong, and is there a program to correct this without having to rip the file again?

How does it play in a real player?

It's the same. I think the problem is in the ripping process. The original clip is 70 mins and now it is 35. Perhaps some PAL/NTSC issue?
