Step 1.Unscrew all the screwes from the back of ps2,then flip back over take off the top(note the top doesnt come off,its sits to the side) Step 2. Take all screwes out of the lens cover,then take off Step 3. The white thing on the bottom take it out its magnet inside of some plastic the plastic wil bend enough to take it out! NOW FOR BOOTING LEAVE YOUR COVER OFF AND POWER OFF AND put in sWAP MAGIC... place the white magnet on the center of cd once it stops spinning asking u to swap for backup take off white magnet and swap then replace and hit X TA-DA Homemade Fliptop the cheap way of playin backups tell me what ya think :*)
