   please help me when i open tmpgenc to convert avi into mpeg it gives me an error and the whole program shuts down and i need to reboot the pc the error i get is: READ ERROR OCCURRED AT ADDRESS BFF7A125 OF MODULE KERNEL32.DLL WITH 0091FFC8 does anyone know how to fix this big problem
