For the last few months my computer has tremendously slowed down. When I attempted to download Yahoo IM and ran the softwear, there was an error code that said "DLL Library could not be found" that Is one of many different issues that has been going on. I've tried to delete the program and start from scratch, but same thing happens. My computer is a DELL and as many of you alreay know there AREN'T Reinstalation CD's that come with their computers therefor I can't reinstal the Dell software. I've ran Nortons Virus Scans, downloaded CCleaner, and used Registry Mechanic, but like I said before...I am still having problems with the computer. I want to avoid going to a computer specialist because I would then be charged a minimum of $140, however if the prob;em persists I will be forced to! Any suggestions or recomendations would greatly be apreciated! Thanx!!!
Dell does provide RECOVERY disks ! Check where you bought this thing ! It is illegal for a PC manufacturer to NOT give out either the Microsoft O/S CD or a Recovery Cd that has the O/S on it to a buyer. You were charged for the use of Windows and you are entitled to a certicate and a CD .
