I am using 321 studios xpress, and it works just fine. Recently though, I get read times of 1 hr or better, and burn times of 30-40 minutes.

It used to read the disc in 12-18 minutes, and burn in 12-13 .

    I have a 2.3g machine, and a pioneer 2.07 r/w drive.

How come it slowed down, and is there any way to boost the speed?

Have you defraged your HD lately? Sometimes we benefit from frequent housekeeping.

Download freeware programs DVD Dcrypter and DVD Shrink and drop xcopy.
