do i have another hard drive?

ok im going to go with what you suggested use teh 32gb from my dads house and leave the harddrive how it is now. thanks im not that good with all of this stuff

 

I went to my dads and there was a disc d it had 4gb of memory on it adn the other in disc c had 70 but the disc d at my dads was already formated mine is not should i format it?
