Do you know a software that you can change the Video Resolution?

    Like let say that I have a video of 352x480 and I want that video go to
    720x480..is that possible? thanks

    Sure. A lot of apps will have built in resizers. Otherwise frameserve with AVISynth.
    lanczos4resize(720,480), etc.

    Sure you could do that, but you then enter into fuzzy world, with halo's and graininess. Almost all converters will allow you to change the res.

    Well AVISynth also offers bicubic/billinear/nearest neighboor/etc. resizers.
