do you need a modded xbox to mod halo 2 because i have all the programs i think and my flash fxp connects to the xbox but wont bring up the files and then losses connection so i need help

 

yes your xbox needs to be moded in some way in order to it.

you can softmod it or tsop it (1.0-1.5 only) or hardmod it (chip it). what do you want to mod halo 2 for?

 

for fun. like shooting plasma gernades out of a shot gun and stuff like that

well u know u playing with firer by moding you box and playing on live.

 

1.U can get banned in about 10 minutes on XBL with the 1.5 update in effect

i believe that you still can get banned for having mod maps and this on your xbox hard drive as well.
